About
I'm a manufacturing & operations consultant and AI automation builder based in Puerto Rico.
Manufacturing Side
30+ years leading New Product Introduction (NPI) from EVT through mass production. I've managed custom ASIC/chip integration on complex PCBAs for major aerospace and AI hardware clients, across consumer electronics, datacenters, and aerospace.
Automation Side
I build rapid web applications, conversational AI agents, and white-label AI infrastructure for agencies and businesses in Puerto Rico. My stack includes chatbot platforms, voice AI, rapid web builders, workflow automation, and custom API + vector database deployments.

Why I wrote this
Thirty years ago I walked onto the production floor of a large electronics facility in Puerto Rico as a young electrical engineer. I had a degree, some theory, and almost no practical knowledge of what it actually took to build hardware at scale.
Since then I have built failure analysis labs from scratch, set up production lines in China and Taiwan, managed contract manufacturers in Thailand and Southeast Asia, launched products for startups that had never built anything before, and run concurrent AI rack programs across three continents.
This book is what I wished I had when I started. I wrote it because no one handed me a playbook either.
Today
I split my time between two worlds. On one side, I consult with hardware companies on NPI, CM selection, failure analysis, and supply chain optimization. On the other, I help businesses and agencies in Puerto Rico automate workflows, deploy AI assistants, and build custom web applications — the kind of rapid, practical solutions I wish I had access to when I was starting out.
